Kathryn S. House, 91, Eaton, died Thursday, Jan 25 2007, at Reid Hospital, Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana. Born Sept 12, 1915 in Preble County, Ohio, she was the daughter of John and Mary Rinehart Denlinger. Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Brenn. Her husband, Harold, died in 1965.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family. This obituary appeared on 27 January 2007 in The Palladium-Item, Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana.

Do you know anything about Arthur Edward House? In the photo you published of him, I see he's in military uniform. Do you know when he served?

Arthur was in WWI with the YMCA in France.

Thanks. From what I understand, Aurther was Alvin Spencer House's brother (my great grandfather). I know in my own line back to Alvin, my father and I are the only two that have served in the military. (I'm still in) My grand father George W. House didn't serve.

You said the YMCA in France during WW1, do you know specifically which unit or the dates he was there?

Arthur was born 18 Apr 1883 and died 21 Nov 1943.
