I have to say that my Grandmother Alice May Sanborn, born in Mass around Jan 3 1, 1897, has been my biggest brickwall to date,
I've checked everywhere, still after these many years I still don't have a clue who her parents were, I know who she married and when she died,

I wonder if the 2 and a half year old William in the 1920 census is actually Thomas(born 1918)? I've seen stranger mistakes on census records. :) -

it's a possiblity, my grandparents did have a son named thomas, I never met him, of course alot of their children, I never met,, -
