New photographic MI CDs for Oxfordshire
Oxfordshire FHS has just published photographic CDs MI CDs for 3 new parishes:
Chipping Norton Baptist Church.
Elsfield St Thomas of Canterbury.
Marston St Nicholas.
Each CD comprises photographs of all the gravestones and other monumental inscriptions, together with transcriptions, and extracts from the burial registers where appropriate. They have a name index, and a detailed plan. There are several others in the series - see www.ofhs.org.uk and also the link thre to CD sales. Congratulations to the MI team for capturing these fast-disappearing records.

Are the names available and viewable on-line in a text file or does one have to buy the CD to ascertain whether an ancestor's grave might be included?
