One other dutch family to consider is SCHOL family of Delft
There is a connection with van Soldt family and families of Delft. I do not know of any at this time with Schol and I am researching it now but none are known at this time. The Schol family arms are Gold with a white flounder.

A schol in dutch is a fish.
So i think its a fishermans familie -

In dutch "vis" is fish, in old dutch writing was actually "fish". SCHOL is a type of fish which looks like FLOUNDER (flat and oval shaped). If you google the image for schol there is only this type of fish that comes up.
It may be a fisherman family or a fishmonger or merchant as well or "descended from". -
