Error 13 Type Mismatch
Make sure your Legacy program is at the latest update.

1. Please click on Options on the menu bar and select Customize. Next select the Locations tab and reset the Temp folder location to C:\Legacy\Temp\

2. Please delete the contents of the C:\Legacy\Temp\ folder if this does not solve the problem.

Hi Rob
I have an error which has just started and I spent some time on the Legacy website last night trying to find it to no avail. I do have the latest version.
It is an Error 126 and happened when I went into Individual Report. I clicked on Report Option to make certain selections and got the following error - Cannot load Library "LXBBPRP.DLL"use Defaults, Error 126. Clicked on OK and had to do the same twice before the Options screen would open. I could select what I wanted but then the same message appeared when closing & I had to click OK twice again.
Has anyone else had the same problem, please?, Thanks, Heather

Do you have a Lexmark printer?

The only references I have seen regarding this dll state that it is a Lexmark dll and I have also seen your problem related to it. I do not have a Lexmark printer so cannot comment from experience but I suggest that your just enter the dll name into Google and you will pull some references up.

Without knowing the extension of the file from which you made a copy none of us will have a clue. It must be in .txt format.

Error saving individual's Notes.
Error 13: Type mismatch
Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN?


This is the message I have the text saved as RTF it pastes on the notes but when I go to save I get this error message

I just copied and pasted another section into the notes section and did not have any problem as before no error code this time. still have not determined why the previous paste would not work.
