As many volunteers in this area know, the cemetery is in disrepair and the staff charge to do look-ups of grave locations. The cemetery's reputation has been riddled with well deserved bad publicity in the news over the years.
Right now there are 82 photo requests for this cemetery on the Find A Grave site. I suspect the fee for grave site location is why.
GOOD NEWS!
My Cemetery and Funeral Home Reviews site rated Hollywood Cem with an "F", Late Friday I received an email from the new manager. They are working hard to repair the damage, upright the fallen headstones and get the burials straightened out. (Previous owners were double selling plots and burying people on top of each other.)
They have hired someone to do a website for them and you will be able to do looks up from there, in the mean time, they will GLADLY do FREE look ups for anyone who needs it.
I was asked to change their rating so I am going out today to see. I will take the oldest request, from 2007, as the test look-up.

If anyone wants to claim of the others please do. The reason I am only taking one request is to not overload them. They had no idea the cemetery was as bad as it was...what they had been told did not prepare them for what they found. (per the email)
I would suggest you do only a few at a time to get the back log of request caught up...but that is just my idea....
When I go, I will discuss Find A Grave and show her the back log of request. What I would like to see one day is where every cemetery and funeral home has someone on their staff who will handle & fulfill the request for their cemetery.
It isn't about territory, it is about the people who want the photo and for whatever reason, can't take it themselves.
