I have looked at the photo link you rekomended and it looks a lot like the cloths my lady is wearing, the lady in my photo did not leve Sweden befor 1874 and the photo is taken in USA .She was 16 or 17 years old then she left Sweden.How old can she be in the photo ?

The curly bangs came into style in 1876 and went out in the mid 1880's and the neckline fits this time period as well.  A plainer neckline came into fashion about 1884.  Fargo, D. T. probably stands for Fargo, Dakota Territory.

If I have understand the books right so did Haynes make photos in a train as well as in Fargo, I wonder if anyone can answer what cityes the train was passing or what parich.
