Great new search engine

I have just found a new search engine. It went online on March 16, 2011. The search engine is only aimed at free genealogical sites. You can search on a name, date, place, etc. The search engine is:

http://www.macavo.com

I' ve been playing with it this morning and it looks like it is going to be a bonaza for researchers. It may not find the answer but it sure will give you a buch of nuggets to work with..

Hi Charles. I have had some good results from this new website. To say the least - there are definitely some good links there.

You are right there. This morning I found some old discussions on a rootsweb forum that I didn't know about. I just found the site and wanted to pass it along. The genealogy column in this mornings paper was about it.

Try this out its Family Search's access to their range of book some are free to look at some have other means of locating them.
