"Beware of Widows"

I have recently learnt that the Mary Traies who married John Martin was a widow on their marriage. I had worked on the Traies family for a few years adding to it, but, while looking for another marriage in the same parish I came across the Martin / Traies marriage by accident, and so have had to delete that line!!

It really pays to check the original entries !!
