My great grand father was Alexander Alley from Maine. I am learning that the Alley family was widely spread out on the east coast. My family moved to Oregon but many dropped of at different places along the way. If you can go back to Sir John Alley from England then we are definately related in the mix. Happy hunting. I know I am having fun at this and I am just getting started with what little info I have. Have you been running ancestry.com? It has a lot of info but you do need to confirm your findings as much is entries and not always facts. I happen to be lucky enough to have a 20 yr veteran at this guiding me and giving me pointers.

One younger brother, George, who died in 1922. Juanita's father was Edward W. Alley, and his father was Omer Alley of Ohio.
