I Can not find my grandmother grave her name is Winifred Foye Who die and was bury in New York I look everywhere even Ancsetry.com can't find not even her birth records and also born in New York . I try Nara and World archives Nothing so the only option I have left is the new York board of Health they seem to have the records i need .I got both sets of my Grandparents Marriage Certificate of which of the other groups did not have. I suggest To everyone if all fails go the your state board of health or the board of health of which your ancestor comes from.
