Also, my email address is mywifeiskaren2001@yahoo.com. Say hi here or by my email. I'm a beginner in a way of doing this but my tree will give you a sign that I am not.Almost all my relatives are from Lehigh or Berks counties.
I am 100% PA Dutch, both sides of my family are and so were my grand and g/grandparents. I'm looking into the Stoudts and Oswalds, but also I am married to a PA Dutch girl whose families were also PA dutch, the Ahners and Walcks. On my personal page, I have done a lot of digging on Ancestry.com until I couldn't afford it anymore but it is still there. Any problems seeing it, let me know and I'll give you an automatic guest pass to check it out. For 4 months of work, it is quite awesome. I'll still be working on it because I am still allowed to add to it but I can't use ancestry's resources, like their hints and updates. I was able to contact many Stouts and I kept contact with them by giving them my email address. Take a look and be surprised by the content. I have had a lot of help from many people and I still have more to add. Ancestry.com isn't bad but I just couldn't afford them but I will update 2 or 3 times a year besides adding more content everyday. Anyone who has an Oswald, Stoudt, Ahner, or Walck in their tree, please check it out and if you have anything to add or need, please introduce yourself. I love making friends and helping friends Darren
I am interested in finding others who may be researching the family of James H. Hoover who married Catharine Welsh on July 1, 1880 in Oil City, Venango Co., Pa. His family was said to be Pennsylvania Dutch. I have been told the H. stands for Hursty and It is possible that his parents were Lucinda Robb and Harrison Hoover.
