The internet and I are usually at odds with each other, for it knows what to do and I don't know. I get single minded so I never gave it a thought to check in Google Map. Committee of Secrecy, Intelligence, and Observation. Jim Wooten, former head of FBI counter-intelligence, is also a descendant. Forbes seems to be one of only about twenty Dobbs County (defunct), N.C., men allowed to vote on the acceptence of the U.S. Constitution--he voted against it. Jim The late Joseph M. Law, JOCM, US Navy, my once wonderful boss, was from out West. The Rowan Co., N.C., Clerk of Court office has a classic original 1750's Old German will of Mr. Kline who mentions his six sons: Messrs. Kline, Cline, Klein, Short, Little, and Small.
