Creating an Index for a Descendant Chart in FTM 2011

I have created a 671 page Descendant Chart in FTM 2011 which covers more then 2600 individuals in my Tree. How can I create an Index when creating this Descendant Chart so that people can find the page or pages that  their name appears on??
