My late mom was born Georgia Helen Pennington in Linton Greene Co.,IN.The Pennington's lived in Knox Co.,IN. though.Her father was William Shively Pennington(Gertrude Pearl Byrne),her grandfather was William Henry Pennington(Anna Catherine Shively),her great-grandfather was William Pennington(Rebecca Robinson),her 2xgreat-grandfather was Isaac Pennington(Elizabeth Price),her 3xgreat-grandfather was Joshua Pennington,her 4xgreat-grandfather was Benijah Pennington,her 5xgreat-grandfather was Ephriam Pennington. There are some blanks. Joshua Pennington was born in Rowan Co.,NC. circa 1756. His wife was Elizabeth ? Benijah Pennington was born in Rowan Co.,NC. circa 1725. His wife was an Elizabeth? too.I don't have any idea who was Ephriam Pennington's wife or where he was born. I suspect they came out of NJ. though.
