  REGT OF FOOT / WHO DIED ON THE 27TH OF AUGUST 1864 / AGED 80 / DEEPLY

  REGRETTED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM. 

   Ensign 1Jul 1804. Lt. 10 Oct 1805. Capt 10 Feb 1814.

   Served in the  Peninsula Nov 1812 - Apr1814 attatched to the Calabrian Free Corps.

   Present at Alcoy, Blair, Castalla , Tarragona , Ordal and Barcelona . Also served in Ischia 

   and Procida 1809. Half pay 26 Mar 1816.
