My name is Lorie-Ann Noyes. I have been tracing Noyes genealogy with my sister for many years now. My sister isn't as involved now. It's amazing to trace/track to where people have lived and how/why they got there. I would love to hear you connections to the Noyes name.

Hello Noyes Family! My g-g-grandfather was William Noyes, born July 1789 in Vermont/New York/New Hampshire (depending on what census you're looking at). He was married to Mary Sally Huestis/Hustis/Heustis, daughter of Aristides and Prudence Baxter Huestis They had the following children born in New York: William H, Siimon Heustis, Mary Evaline, Adaline, Prudence Elmine, Henry, and Wilder B (my g-grandfather). They then migrated and pioneered in Jefferson County, Wisconsin and had Lucy Olivia and Ellen Amelia. I've been to their grave in Wisconsin, believe I even have a picture of them--but cannot find his place of birth or his parents. It's been suspected his mother was Martha? It's possible he was not raised by his birth family? Any help?
