I am new to this group and don't understand the message "Stop Following" and Don't e-mail me when people comment?????

Hi Linda.  Welcome to the list.  You can set up your profile such that you are e-mailed whenever someone adds a comment to your e-mail, and again if anyone adds a comment on the "wall".  Personally, I monitor both just in case I miss something.
