    The main focus of my research has been on three counties in North Carolina: Northampton, Surry, and Chatham. My maternal and paternal ancestors lived mainly in these three NC counties. Some migrated through Virginia. My two main brick walls are the Baker(Surry Co.) and the Stone(Chatham Co.) lines.
