gg grandmother Pauline Stevens Lawrie (1841-1928) and daughter Rose Lawrie Johnston (born 1878) in the home of another daughter Martha Lawrie Oliver (1869-1928). Pauline was an ex slave. Rose and Martha were,both, school teachers in St. Joseph, Missouri.
