Maxted Family

The Maxteds were a family from rural Kent. They moved to London in the early 1800's to benefit from the need for workers to fuel the industrial revolution. Then when the Locomotive Works were moved from Nine Elms in 1910 to Eastleigh in Hampshire the family relocated there.
