Hi Robert,
Thanks for the family line you are interested in. It seems most of this surname has been well researched. So, let's try again, what kind of information is it that you seek? I have no idea what information you ALREADY have or what you would LIKE TO HAVE. I'm pretty sure that you've done alot of looking online as I've seen your name and querires show up in search results. If you will give me a clue as to what kind of information you are seeking, I will gladly try to help. OK?
Hi Lisa, Like you said, I have a lot of information on these surnames. My problem
is that I have many Dandurand and Marcheterre's on paper. The young people that I speak of are not added to my tree, because it is very hard to find a merge
point to the families.
Hello, I am very interested in the Dandurand dit Marcheterre families. Maybe you or your friends can help.
My mother's father is : Jules Marcheterre b: 1876 in St. Basile.NB. Canada , his father is Prospere Marcheterre dit Dandurand b: 1778 in Canada, and his is Joseph - Francois Dandurand b: 1740, and his father is Antoine Marcheterre dit Dandurand :b 1712, and his Antoine Dandurand dit Marcheterre b: 1663 came from Ilse de France. St. Gervias Paris France, and finally Jean Dandurand b: 1623.

Lisa: Thank you for all the ties to searching in the Netherlands. I'm slow in getting back to you because I've been away since Friday. But I will collect these places and search them. Thank you again for your help.
Thanks! I joined Ancestry years ago but am always looking for the free websites. My seatch is basically in Pennsylvania (Allegheny Co.) and in Ohio (Stark Co.) so if you happen to know any sites for those areas, I'd appreciate the info. I was only able to check on GeneaNet for about a half hour before I went to work but plan to go back because I did see info I could use. Thanks again!
Lisa, I feel any tiny lead will help in so many ways! I look on the possitive side we did not find anything but that means there is NOT information out there on my rellies that is incorrect or misleading too! Any suggestions are always welcome! Thank you!
Hi Lisa, I have a book called "Our Maryland Heritage" Book Seventeen The Mullinix Families. By William N. Hurley, Jr. I am not sure if they are in my Family. I just went through 2 boxes of genealogy papers and floders. Boy, do I need to get them in order.
Take care. Kay
