Looking for parents of Lilly Mae HUTCHISON. Was her mother a VAUGHN?

Looking for parents of Lilly Mae Hutchison.My great great grandmother was Lilly Mae HUTCHINSON born 1870 possibly in Ohio or Indiana. She died on 20 December 1908 at the age of 38, Natchez,MS according to sextons (?) records. Her husband was Joseph Randall POULTER and they were married abt. 1894. I don't know where or when,but somewhere between Indiana and Mississippi. Their children were William Ralph POULTER born 3 December 1894,Vaun POULTER born 25 Decmeber 1897, Josephine POULTER born 1902, Joseph Waldo POULTER ROBERTS (adopted by a neighbor) born 4 August 1904.
I believe that her second son's first name is a clue and that Lilly Mae's mother may have been a VAUGHN. Does anyone know of a HUTCHINSON male who married a VAUGHN female in this time frame?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Everette, I was in contact with Joseph's son, Joe (Jr.) Roberts before he passed away and the last time I sent a Christmas card to Margie it came back. If you would like you can contact me directly at DAVCINEWA@aol.com. I am wondering if we might be able to find adoption records for Joseph Waldo. I would be interested to know what info is there. I still have not found Lilly Mae's parents.

Wow,it is a miracle. This is the first time ever seeing Lillie in ANY census. Thanks so much Randall for finding this and to GeneJ for all the info found prior to this and if I am not mistaken for starting this particular group. An interesting coincidence is that Joseph's middle name was Randall (supposed to Ransdell as his grandfather was Ransdell Poulter-son of John Poulter and Martha(Patsy)Ransdell). Hi Cynthia,

I am acutally looking into my family history. My mother was a Hutchison, her father was Hutchison & her mother was a Vaughn. My mom grew up in Russelville, KY, but I'm not sure when my grandparent were married. My grandmother had passed before I was born & my grandfather when I was two. My mother also passed almost 7 years ago, so I am now trying to get as much info as I can from my uncle. I will try to find out more.
