Parker family websites?

Don't know of any Parker websites, and Parker is a really common name so I realize generic sites, if they exist might not be much help, but if anyone can help me fill in my great-grandfather's family, I'd be appreciative. He was George Alvin Parker, born Whitby, ON 5 Feb 1845. His parents were Samuel Parker and Julia Ann Warner. I have some info on Julia's family but all I have on Samuel is that he was born in England and he died in Whitby, ON in 1850, where he is buried with 4 infant children.
