Talbot was made from Crawford, Macon, Muscogee,Harris & Marion Co. 1827
Taylor was made from parts of Marion & Talbot-1852

My Archibald Gray and wife Cynthia Armour-came through several counties and he landed in Talbot from Crawford, very shortly before his death in 1846- His Cemetery-is now in Taylor Co , because of the line change. His Children and Grandchildren and a good many slaves are buried here. I have done research on all.
Archibald born 1782 Orange Co NC died 1846 Talbot. Cynthia born 1789 Greene Co Ga died 1841 Crawford
Amanda Gray-who was married to Wm. M. Brown is here for some reason-long after he married again, so apparently divorced, since he was Marshall of Ga-but no record found.
His sister Susannah Howe and her husband Robert who had married again, are here.(his wife back in Upson?)
His son James Jefferson and wife Harriet Hooten are here.
