Comment by Linda Gray on July 10, 2015 at 3:56pm: My Great Grandmother's sister Rosie Murphy's second husband was Dolph Houle. His father was also named Dolph. They lived in Erie, Pa. in 1938. I have this information because of a letter sent to Dolph, Thursday, July 7, 1938 from a cousin who lived in Standish, Michigan. I am just starting to try to find information about this branch of my family tree. Thought this might be a good place to find bread crumbs to follow.

According to other family historians, she married a Joseph DUBE and together they had at least my great-great grandmother Marie-Philomena DUBE.

Marie-Philomena DUBE AKA Albina was born 19 Jul 1868 in Bic, Quebec, Canada. She married my great-great grandfather Onesime Joseph MADORE in 1885 in Ste-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere, Quebec, Canda.

They came to the USA around 1887 and settled in Fall River, Massachusetts where she died 21 May 1950.

Her and Onesime had about 12 children could be 14, I'm trying to figure if some of these names that I have are nicknames.

I can't find anything about Joseph DUBE or Josephte HOUDE. They are quickly becoming my latest brick wall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
