Comment by Teo Kaufman on March 31, 2022 at 5:59am: Hi, I traced my ancestry to the city of Kishinev, currently Moldova. The most remote ancestor I was able to find is Lipa Kaufman (Kofman in the Russian transliteration) and he was born approximately about 1780. Have two questions:

1- I am sure the Kofmans were elsewhere before. How do I trace them

2- I doubt Lipa was the only Kofman from his family in town. How do I find his brothers?
