Just looked for Isaac in 1860 census, it looks like him in Bath:
Surname GivenName Age Sex Race Birthplace State County Location Year
BROWN ISAAC 30 M W NY IL MASON BATH P O 1860

wife Matilda and a 6 mo. old child.
On ILgenweb I saw two Isaac listings, one marriage to Matilda and one marriage to Melinda. Also the H.C. Bixby marriage is there as well to Melinda.
