Robert Prideon born 1801 NC died 1870 Butler, Taylor, Ga-when he fell off the back of a wagon. He was probably the son of James Ruffin Pridgeon who was in Baldwin & Jasper Co Ga and drew land in Monroe Co Ga. Both were in Jones Co, and Robert was in Baldwin also.
His son James Ruffin born 1831 died 1894 Reynolds, Taylor Ga. and married Sarah Eugenia Hamilton- Ms. Gerry Hill Albany Ga
