Patra Ann as she was called, looks like she got the south bound business end of a mule. We dont now what happened to her eye, but this is the only picture we have of her. She is the daughter of James and Catherine Thomas Adams. She was born on 27 Aug 1841 in Ray County, MO. She died on the 25th of Mar 1917 in Elmira, Ray, Missouri. She married Abram Powell, but they divorced at some point. If she married again I have no record of it. They had 7 children.
