Interesting...so was she actually Trakimas/Trakimasaite/Trakimasiute? or was she Trakimavicius/Trakimaviciute? Maybe it was shortened. Connerton is an extinct village in Butler Township, Schuylkill County, PA...just on the high road from Girardville through William Penn to Shenandoah. My grandfather was born there.
I checked but didn't find a logical match for Butkiniku...which changing the ending should be Butkininkai. The closest I found were:
Your Petrauskas name is one of the most common names in Lithuania, as I'm sure you discovered.
Kruzik seems to be a shortened form of Kružikas or Kružikauskas.
Trakimas (male form) you have spot on, but it can also be spelled Trakymas.
Szukewecute would be a Polonized spelling of the maiden female form of Šukevičius--it would properly be Šukevičiute for an unmarried girl, and Šukevičiene for a woman married to a Mr. Šukevičius. Do you know where in Lithuania this family is from?
