Hi did not notice you are in Charleston the inital David and his wife died in Charleston area before 1785, his one son David Jr and brother pioneered an area now called Lowdensville, the next was in Pickens area and the rest in my line were iin Anderson area. let me know the first names of your pressleys or I have a page on tribal pages. Mine started in Scotland then to SC, the brothers split up with one staying in Southern SC, and the other 2 going north to the northern area (anderson County area) I would not be surprised if several of the decendents went to NC also. The intial mens names were David (wife esther), and his 3 son's David, William and another son that I will need to look up. let me know if you think there is a link because I have a cousin in SC that has done extinsive records on the family.
