Your Arlauckas name would really be Arlauskas. I don't know why the 's' got changed to 'c' so often. It's a pretty common name.
The male form of Bubnis is more commonly spelled Bubnys.
Davidoviciene indicates a woman married to a man with the name Davidovičius, but Davidovičius is not a Lithuanian name. However, there are a lot of Davidovič in the Lithuanian phone book. I think maybe more Russian or something.
Jakubauskas is spot on, and is a pretty common name.
