Hi, I'm not sure if you remember me from chat the other night , but i have noticed that You have Saucier in your name. the name of Saucier exists in my family tree. I have 4 Sauciers in my tree, 3 married into the Rivard line and 1 married a Boucher.thought maybe we can exchange information, though I'm sure you have much more than I do.
It's okay hun ...I am running on one brain cell and it keeps misfiring.......But you have got my interest here on this other child named emma how does she tie in. I mean if you don't mind me asking....We got stuck in a rut when it came to Bertrand and Daisy Growing up we never heard anything about them or saw pictures of them well now I have to take that back ...We were told that our great grandmother was full blooded indian and of course we thought that was exciting... as kids would...But we couldn't find a time line on Daisy ....Would you happen to know who daisy's parents were and any time line on them....
Thank you so very very much Michelle........You gave us some new information we didn't have and there is a tiny difference my Grandmother who married Layden her name was Helen Ida Swilley.......unless it was Helen Emma Ida Swilley......I don't remember her mothers real name we always called her mama Swilley and papa Swilley.....I think papa Swilley's name was Bruno any way i am getting so far off track sorry bout that...But we do greatly appreciate all the new info sweetie ty so very much.....
Pierre is my gg grandfather through Narcisse. Any way you're welcome. I have land records of the cemetery because it seemed to be landlocked. I wanted to be sure I didnt have to ask permission to visit. There is a permanent easement, but would be a good idea to have a copy of it on you, just to avoid any problems.
Maybe a little late but I have pics of Pierre Saucier cemetary in Saucier Mississippi. My father recently showed me. Is all grown up and forgotten by most.
