Kate I see where you Cardona Soto, but grandpa was Cardona Ortiz by what his children told me. That is why I said that just maybe his real name was either Victor Cardona Ortiz or Jos Victorino or Victor Cardona Ortiz.

Hi Felicita-
I found a Victorino Cardona Y Soto on a PR census from 1920, it appears his parents were Jose Gonzales Y Acevado, and Antonia Soto Y Ferado De Gonzales. Victorino was born in 1912, it appears he had 3 older sisters and a younger sister, do you know if your Victorino had sisters?

They were in Salto, San Sebatstian, PR.

I am so sorry, First of all I am trying to trace My fathers father Victorino Cardona From Lares PR Ortiz (not sure if his true name was Jose Victor or not) and another has been my ggrandmother Antonia Colon Velez ]from Utuado, Puerto Rico These are two for now.
