Hi Carolyn, thank you for your note about the DeSoto connection; you are w-a-a-y too young to know anything about my grandfather (he lived there in the 1890s), but it is good to hear from the town where my mother was born.
I just joined this site but seen your names of Bauer, Haas, and Grimm and they are also in my tree of Delabar's mostly from St. Louis, New York, we should compare notes
I saw your post in the Germany group. I also have some Wagners from Baden/Bavaria and some Schneiders from France, both ending up in the midwest (Iowa and South Dakota). Let me know if any of this sounds like we may have something in common.
I noticed you are a member of the Tennessee group also. I'm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and will be happy to do some lookups for you at the local library or the courthouse if you need any.
Hi Carolyn
I have ROWLAND's into Oklahoma before, during and following the land rush. They were from Tennessee and Missouri, throuh Arkansas.

Hello. Where in Ireland are your McCrory's from. I have McCrory's from County Tyrone, who immigrated to Philadelphia.
Would like to exchange Franklin research with you Carolyn. Can you tell me when/where your Franklin line is?
Thx!
